Lies Women Need To Stop Believing About The Penis

Lies Women Need To Stop Believing About The Penis
Yarns Mag
The male reproductive organ aka the penis may not be quite as fascinating and a source of many questions as its female counterpart, but that is not to say there aren’t questions regarding it, too.
Some of these many frequently asked questions about the penis have resulted in myths, unfounded claims, confusion and certain beliefs that are untrue.

To clear any doubts on these issues, we list 5 common lies and myths about the penis:
1. Shoe size does not determine penis size
You that popular one people like to say about shoe size and penis size? Well it is not true.
According to a study published in the journal BJU International, there is no correlation between shoe size and penis length even though an older study which was published in 1993 had said so.
Researchers and publishers of the new study say that it would be a stretch to say that both were strongly linked.
2. Does the index finger determine penis size?
While shoe size may not be directly proportional to the size of the penis, there seems to be a link between it and the index finger.
According to an Iranian study published by the International Journal of Impotence Research,  "penile dimensions are significantly correlated with age, height, and index finger length," but not foot size.

3. Masturbation causes blindness
This seems to be another one of the lies propagated about the penis. It is a common belief that masturbation may cause you to go blind, especially if overdone. But that is not true. It seems to be nothing more than a ploy of moralists and religious folk to stop people from the ‘sin’ of masturbation.
FYI: masturbation is medically certified OK, even recommended sometimes.
4. Does the penis have a mind of its own?
Yes, it does, as exemplified by early morning erection and the NARB concept. NARB means ‘no apparent reason boner’, an allusion to the penis’ decision to sometimes go erect of its own accord.
Dr. Vincent Karuhanga of Friends Poly Clinic, Uganda, said in 2008 that because the penis answers to a part of the nervous system which is not always under your conscience, it is hard for you to control it.

5. Do you get erect only for those you are attracted to?
This is not true Therefore the answer to the question above has to be a no.
Although it seems as if many people believe that if you have trouble getting an erection, it's because you're not attracted to your partner, it’s not true.
Many things cause erection problems. Although lack of sexual attraction to your partner MIGHT be one of them, it's more likely to be something else such as a medical condition, stress, tiredness and an unhealthy diet and lifestyle.
