SAD! U.S Singer August Alsina Hospitalized After Losing Ability To Walk

Singer, August Alsina had yet another health scare after he woke up on Monday and couldn't walk. August who is now hospitalized took to Instagram to update his fans in his condition.
In the video, August looked quite upbeat as he tried to keep his teeming fans in the loop. The singer said he's been told he has nerve damage going on throughout his body. He said:

I’m man down right now, & figured I should share.. that My auto immune disease is raging, but im fighting this thing & on my mission to shake back & beable to make it up to you! The singer had before now revealed that he suffers from a severe autoimmune disease that attacks his liver. This ailment has led to multiple incidents including a collapse on stage in 2014. In an interview with Jada Pinkett-Smith months ago, he revealed that the disease is a hereditary condition.
